We proudly announce the 10th Annual Indonesian Festival in New Hampshire to celebrate the momentum of the world's first Little Indonesia in New Hampshire! ​This year's event will be held on September 16th, 2023, from 12 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. in Somersworth Plaza, NH.

About The Event

VENDOR REGISTRATION POLICY

The vendor registration fee is $150/booth. (each vendor must provide a table and chair on your own).

Each vendor area is approximately 10 ft x 10 ft.

You can also reserve a 10 ft x 20 ft area (usually for joint vendors). The cost is $300.

Spaces are limited.

The registration fee does NOT include any other tables, chairs, or tents.

Rental Options:

  • The chair is $5 each
  • Rectangular table (2.5 ft x 6 ft) is $45 each
  • The tent rental fee (10X10) is $75 which includes set up and breakdown
  • The tent rental fee (10X20) is $95 which includes set up and breakdown
  • Electricity can be provided for an additional $55 fee (must provide your own extension cable)

Rules and Guidelines:

  1. No drink sale is allowed in any form (bottles, cans, cartons, etc.) unless it's a specialty drink that has been registered in advance in the registration form and is approved by the event organizer. Water, soda, and carton of drinks are for by the organizer for fundraising purposes.
  2. If you sell food, please provide clear signs of your MENU and INGREDIENTS in both English and Indonesian.
  3. Please provide any allergen information on your menu, food packaging, and or table.
  4. Please wear gloves when you serve food to customers.
  5. Please supply your own trash bags and bins.
  6. No oil or hot coals are allowed in the trash bins that will be picked up by the event organizer.
  7. Please clean your own area after the event. Vendors can be assessed a $1,000 fee for neglecting to clean their area.

Cancellation Policy:

The vendor registration period is open until Thursday, August 31st at 11:59 pm.  Due to resource-planning purposes and competitive space and limitations, the vendor registration fee will be non-refundable.
